Here, Waiting
Here, waiting is the result of 3 year of photographic work in a reception center for asylum seekers in Belgium, where Maroussia Prignot and Valerio Alvarez regularly went and where they carried ou different actions. This project aims to testify to the daily lives of people who live temporarily in this center. It brings together the series "To Be Miles Away", "The Main Tool of a Bureaucracy", "Maximilian” and "I Am Here", and their underlying issues of exile, waiting and identity.
